  • Experience operating power equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining premises and work areas of offices and industrial buildings
  • Use janitorial supplies and maintain restroom areas
  • Remove garbage regularly
  • Maintain industrial batteries and ensure battery area cleanliness
  • Maintain general building cleanliness
  • Perform dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors
  • Polish furniture, fixtures, or trimmings
  • clean lavatories, showers or restrooms
