- Physical stamina to operate floor buffer and scrubber and perform cleaning tasks

- Retail customer experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
- Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows
- Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards in sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- Adhere to health and safety policies including refilling essential items
- Cross-train in other store areas such as backroom, front end, and sales floor
- Support front end coverage needs
- Participate in store recovery initiatives
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Adhere to loss prevention controls and company guidelines
- Comply with labor laws and associate meal and break period policies
- Maintain safe environment and participate in safety awareness programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
