Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement based on position
- ability to work from mid-May to mid-September
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to perform cleaning and food service duties
- willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- 21 plus years old and taps certified for bartenders
- 18 plus years old for security personnel, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- 16 plus years old for concessions and catering service staff
- ability to work flexible schedules
- team-oriented with good communication skills
- previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
Job Duties
- provide bartending and wet side concession services
- maintain security at events
- operate concessions stands
- prepare food items as a prep cook
- wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in kitchen
- provide catering service staff at events
- complete janitorial duties including daily and weekly cleaning tasks and special projects
