Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year custodial work experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment for extended periods
- Capacity for considerable reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- Able to work indoors primarily with occasional outdoor tasks
- Willingness to work outside and be exposed to weather conditions
- Must be self-motivated and able to work alone
- Must adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in custodial work with specific knowledge and skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail orientated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

- Good customer relationship skills
Job Duties
- Follow all rules and regulations related to entering and leaving the building
- Be physically able to perform assigned work
- Follow all security, OPSEC, and safety rules and regulations
- Maintain regular communication with Project Manager via phone, text, or email
- Fill out and submit service tickets daily and update restroom cleaning chart as needed
- Follow established procedures for handling and mixing chemicals
- Adhere to the contractual cleaning schedule and document tasks on service tickets
- Track supply inventory and notify Project Manager for restocking
- Keep janitor closet clean, organized, and odor free
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Sweep, dust, and damp mop floors
- Vacuum all carpet floors
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, Plexi-glass, and frames
- Perform semi-annual exterior window and frame cleaning
- Conduct annual floor stripping, sealing, polishing, and waxing
- Provide monthly spot wax and spray buff as needed
- Perform annual carpet cleaning and steaming
- Sweep, clean, and wash entry staircases and entryways
- Maintain and clean entryway rugs and the floor underneath
- Dust high and low areas
- Clean drinking fountains
- Service and clean restrooms, including wall tile, walls, dividers, fixtures, and hard water deposits
- Clean tile and grout
- Restock toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, trash bags, and other supplies
- Clean light fixtures, ventilation grills, louvers, vents, and break areas
- Perform general litter patrol around exterior office buildings, removing man-made debris and disposing of trash in dumpsters
