Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years experience as custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus
ability to stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach overhead and forward constantly
ability to lift and carry 25lbs
ability to read cleaning instructions
ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
ability to communicate effectively in english

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years experience as custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus
experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasked environment
strong work ethic and willingness to learn
good communication skills in english
respect and understanding for co-workers and customers

Job Duties

perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided servicemaster products, tools and procedures
clean sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment
maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
use proper ppe where required
open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
communicate effectively in english
