Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks required of janitor role
- availability to work five days a week including every other weekend
- ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior janitorial, custodial and/or general housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Completes daily floor care assignments and other projects
- cleaning common areas including restrooms, walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
- trash pickup and disposal
- setting up auditorium and meeting rooms for special events
- cleaning residential homes as needed
- may perform laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
