Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- previous experience in janitorial work preferred
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- adherence to safety and precaution rules

Job Duties
- clean the interior of buildings including floors carpets rugs windows and walls and general tasks
- vacuum sweep and mop floors including offices rooms hallways lobbies lounges elevators stairs locker rooms and other work areas
- clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture
- keep furniture free of dust including lighting fixtures marble surfaces and moldings
- empty trash cans and clean trash cans and ashtrays
- disinfect commonly used items such as desks door handles office tools and phones
- clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies where required
