Job Duties
- You’ll manage cabin experience strategy on each flight, uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards, and ensure that every interaction—no matter how brief—reflects the brand’s signature balance of reliability, innovation, and humanity
- You’ll use judgment, empathy, and real-time decision-making to support guests and crew during all phases of flight
