- minimum two years of part 121 flight attendant experience
- ability to facilitate safety training
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work occasional weekends
- willingness to participate in compliance audits and in-flight checks
- knowledge of airline safety regulations
- ability to travel as needed for training sessions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- facilitate classroom learning sessions
- conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
- provide constructive feedback to new hires
- support onboarding processes for flight attendants
- collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
- perform in-flight checks and compliance audits
- assist with scheduling and conducting weekend training sessions
