Job Requirements

  • minimum two years of part 121 flight attendant experience
  • ability to facilitate safety training
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work occasional weekends
  • willingness to participate in compliance audits and in-flight checks
  • knowledge of airline safety regulations
  • ability to travel as needed for training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of part 121 flight attendant experience
  • experience in safety compliance and emergency procedures
  • strong mentorship and teaching skills
  • ability to provide constructive feedback
  • experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • completed or willing to complete specialized train-the-trainer education

Job Duties

  • facilitate classroom learning sessions
  • conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
  • provide constructive feedback to new hires
  • support onboarding processes for flight attendants
  • collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
  • perform in-flight checks and compliance audits
  • assist with scheduling and conducting weekend training sessions
