Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant in a major international airline
- leadership experience preferred
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- must meet all air attendant qualifications
- must pass medical and background checks
- must complete paid leadership training in Beijing
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in senior roles such as purser
- fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- serve as primary contact for escalated passenger issues
- respond to in-flight emergencies
