Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guest orders and operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Understands and communicates clearly in English
- Ability to perform basic math and multitask
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices desirable
Job Duties
- Delivers exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging with guests
- Takes and clarifies orders accurately using the POS system
- Assembles and packages food items maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Prepares menu products according to operational procedures including fryer operation
- Maintains cleanliness and stocking of both front and back of restaurant areas
- Ensures food safety by adhering to all food safety policies and procedures
- Collaborates with the team to provide quick, accurate, and friendly service
