Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
  • Ability to listen to guest orders and operate a cash register
  • Ability to read video monitors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Understands and communicates clearly in English
  • Ability to perform basic math and multitask
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Knowledge of food safety practices desirable

Job Duties

  • Delivers exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging with guests
  • Takes and clarifies orders accurately using the POS system
  • Assembles and packages food items maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Prepares menu products according to operational procedures including fryer operation
  • Maintains cleanliness and stocking of both front and back of restaurant areas
  • Ensures food safety by adhering to all food safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with the team to provide quick, accurate, and friendly service
