Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- food safety awareness
- must be 16 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- food handler certification
- completion of Jack in the Box Restaurant Manager training classes
- excellent interpersonal skills
- minimum age of 16
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- accurately take orders using the POS system
- prepare and assemble food and beverages according to restaurant standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, drive-thru, and restaurant equipment
- work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders
- adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
