Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be 18 years or older
- Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Analytical skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certified
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven analytical abilities
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient with personal computers and related software applications
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit and select restaurant employees
- Train and develop staff
- Monitor staffing levels and employee performance
- Ensure adherence to training systems and labor laws
- Motivate and inspire employees
- Manage daily restaurant operational performance
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns promptly
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- Analyze operational and financial reports
- Implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Manage costs and budget adherence
- Foster a positive restaurant environment
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
