Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- high school diploma GED or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in associate manager role or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promote
- 3 years experience managing full service concept with P&L responsibility for external recruit
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- proficiency in basic math
- proficient with computer software
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- ability to drive personal vehicle for work purposes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- proficiency in basic math concepts
- proficient computer skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for business tasks
- strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties
- Recruit selects train develops and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are adhered to
- identify and develop internal candidates for management positions
- work with management team to execute service profit chain principles
- create a fun safe and clean restaurant environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- manage daily activities to ensure operational excellence
- provide exceptional guest service and food quality
- maintain brand image of cleanliness and service
- respond to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
- analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
- implement action plans for improvement
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals
- utilize management tools and data for business results
- comply with all labor laws and regulations
- perform other related duties as assigned
