Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in associate manager role or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promote
  • 3 years experience managing full service concept with P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • proficiency in basic math
  • proficient with computer software
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
  • ability to drive personal vehicle for work purposes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
  • 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • proficiency in basic math concepts
  • proficient computer skills
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to use personal vehicle for business tasks

Job Duties

  • Recruit selects train develops and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are adhered to
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management positions
  • work with management team to execute service profit chain principles
  • create a fun safe and clean restaurant environment
  • motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • manage daily activities to ensure operational excellence
  • provide exceptional guest service and food quality
  • maintain brand image of cleanliness and service
  • respond to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
  • analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
  • implement action plans for improvement
  • monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals
  • utilize management tools and data for business results
  • comply with all labor laws and regulations
  • perform other related duties as assigned
