Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
Must be ServSafe certified
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Must have proven analytical and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
Minimum of 3 years service management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
ServSafe certification
Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficient computer skills
Valid driver's license with insurance

Job Duties

Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
Monitor staffing levels and ensure training adherence
Motivate employees to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
Respond to guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
Implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, and compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
Perform other related duties as assigned
