Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must have proven analytical and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years service management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license with insurance
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training adherence
- Motivate employees to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
