Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- ability to operate a computer keyboard
- adhere to all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- willingness to accept responsibility and demonstrate initiative

- proven ability to manage conflict effectively
- able to delegate work and follow up systematically
- must complete all required training including ServSafe
- must be available to travel to other restaurant locations when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for work duties
- proficiency with computers and software applications
- demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit selects trains develops and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- ensure training systems for employees are fully implemented and adhered to
- identify and develop internal candidates for management positions
- ensure execution of service profit chain and brand promise
- create an employee friendly safe and clean restaurant environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- treat employees with respect and recognize their performance
- manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence
- ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to food safety standards
- respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns
- maintain brand image of cleanliness and service
- analyze restaurant operational and financial performance using management tools
- identify trends and implement improvement plans
- increase restaurant sales and profitability
- monitor costs and adherence to budgets and goals
