Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotes
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to comply with labor laws and food safety regulations
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- ServSafe certification required
- Successful completion of restaurant manager training classes

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
- Ensure execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Review and improve guest service practices
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends
- Develop and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Monitor costs and adhere to budget and restaurant goals
- Utilize JIB systems, processes, and tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety regulations
- Treat employees with respect and dignity
- Recognize and reward employee performance
- Manage conflict and maintain a calm, positive environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
