Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma required
- Experience managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training and have Food Safety certification within the first 60 days of employment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95 percent of the shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
- Able to read and write in English
- Proficient in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Ability to complete Restaurant Manager training and obtain Food Safety certification
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant
- Report to the Restaurant Manager or District Manager
- Develop team to provide excellent internal and external service
- Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support training and development of restaurant staff
- Manage customer service issues promptly and effectively
