Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of security leadership experience
- Knowledge of Nevada gaming laws and regulations
- Experience with OSHA compliance
- Strong investigative and reporting skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, law enforcement or resort environments
- Strong investigative skills including evidence handling and chain of custody procedures
- Experience managing lost and found property in accordance with regulatory and internal policies
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and professional reports, briefings, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of Nevada gaming laws, Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), OSHA standards, and emergency response protocols
- Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments managing diverse teams
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily security operations across casinos, multi-property footprint, hotel, apartments/condos, entertainment venues, and parking areas
- Ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
- Lead security dispatch operations, access control, and emergency communication protocols
- Distribute daily and weekly security reports as directed by management
- Oversee Lost and Found programs and operations
- Develop and lead security operational plans for special events and concerts
- Develop and submit annual Emergency Response Plans to governing agencies
- Ensure full compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations and internal controls
- Liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, and regulatory agencies as needed
- Conduct internal investigations and support regulatory audits
- OSHA compliance, familiarity and best practice
- Hire, train, coach, develop and counsel employees to ensure the highest standards are met
- Monitor performance of the team member within the Security Department and provide constructive feedback via the company's performance appraisal system
- Manage departmental budgets, including day-to-day operational expenses, payroll, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or compliance
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Promote a culture of safety, hospitality, and professionalism
- Train staff on security awareness, de-escalation, and emergency procedures
- Handle escalated guest issues with discretion and care
