Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year experience in food preparation and cooking
- Proficiency in grilling, searing, frying, and sautéing
- Experience in a la carte cooking and grill techniques
- Exceptional knife skills and safety
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read recipes, food tickets, and kitchen monitors
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good decision making skills
- Current Food Handler’s Card valid in Nevada
- Identification establishing identity
- Identification establishing right to work in the United States

- Current Nevada Food Handler’s Card
Job Duties
- Perform cooking and preparation duties or assist in all kitchen workstations as directed by the Sous Chef or above
- Prepare, cook, plate, and garnish menu items including steaks, chops, seafood, and sides according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain designated cooking station during shifts
- Complete all orders quickly and accurately, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and quality
- Cut and present premium meats, poultry, and seafood according to daily production schedule and quality standards
- Follow protocols to minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, surfaces, and utensils following health and safety standards
- Monitor food quality and freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, expeditors, and servers for timely order fulfillment
