Job Requirements

- ability to operate coffee-making equipment

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately while guiding them through the ordering process with genuine hospitality
- make all coffee beverages in accordance with Starbucks and J Resort standards
- accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
- ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the J Resort standard of excellence
- demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
- effectively communicate with guests and team members
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, work areas, shelving, and storage areas
- stock coolers and displays with product in adherence to par levels
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase following Nevada Alcohol Awareness Procedures and J Resort policies
- manage difficult or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally
- adhere to safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly
- perform all opening, side work, and closing duties
