Job Duties
- Perform all opening, side work, and closing duties
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods
- deliver quality food to guests and communicate frequently with both front of house and back of house team members
- ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation
- ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the J Resort standard of excellence
- demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
- effectively communicate with our guests and other team members
- stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skill
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol and follow the Nevada Alcohol Awareness Procedures and The J Resort Company Policies
- keep all surfaces, equipment, and floors free of food and debris
