Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • guest service orientation
  • ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
  • previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures
  • reports potentially unsafe conditions
  • uses equipment and materials properly
  • adhere to all property appearance and uniform standards
  • maintain an open line of vertical and horizontal communication with staff and Management
  • assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage service
  • clear and wipe down tables, chairs, booths, ensuring floor is clear of debris after each guest departs
  • reset tables for next guest according to department standards
  • empties trash, collects and turns in linens
  • perform all opening, side work, and closing duties
  • maintains general cleanliness of the work area
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation
