Job Requirements
- Anchorage Food Worker Card required within 21 days of employment
- Alaska state alcohol server training certificate required within 30 days of employment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Adherence to dress code policy of all black clothing and suitable shoes
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours
- Full-time availability
Job Qualifications
- Experience in dining room serving or similar customer service role
- Ability to work well within a family restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Maintain professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Take dine-in orders and expedite food/drink to customers
- Seat customers
- Bus and clean tables
- Answer phones to take delivery and pickup orders
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dining room and work area
- Restock various container and food items for the front of house
