Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- strong English communication skills
- physical ability to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- willingness to work in a remote, outdoor wilderness setting
- ability to use Microsoft Teams and basic resort systems
- flexible and adaptable to various tasks outside job description
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or related fields preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to use basic resort technology including Microsoft Teams
- outgoing and proactive personality
- physical fitness and stamina for long days and hands-on work
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks
- experience in remote or seasonal environments a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and build genuine connections
- be the go-to host for all guest needs from arrival to departure
- set and serve meals
- assist the chef with prep, service, and cleanup
- manage beer, wine, and spirits inventory and restocking
- act as in-person liaison for Activities, Housekeeping, Transportation, Maintenance, and other requests
- use Microsoft Teams to log requests and communicate professionally
- maintain cleanliness of guest areas and back of house including dishes, restocking, surface cleaning
- collect, launder, and return guest laundry items and towels promptly
- track daily meal reservations and guest food preferences
- build and maintain campfires and assist with s’mores
- troubleshoot on the fly while staying calm and resourceful
- represent the Montana lifestyle with hospitality, humility, and heart
