Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate with high-end caterers and FBOs to ensure specialized dietary requirements, sports nutrition plans, and premium beverage selections are impeccably presented
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests and team strategies
- Enforce dominant security perimeters while aircraft are parked at private terminals
- Conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives, ensuring strict FAA compliance
- Work closely with team travel managers and flight dispatchers to ensure seamless transitions from the tarmac to the stadium
- Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to VIP clients
- Manage logistical and concierge coordination to support VIP travel needs
