Job Requirements
- Must have experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or food and beverage setting
- Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
- Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads
- Standing, bending and lifting will be required

- Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies
- Multi-lingual is a plus
- TIPS and ServSafe Certified
Job Duties
- Answer the in-room dining phone in a timely and courteous manner taking guests' food and beverage orders accurately
- Follow standard operating procedures on placing orders with allergies and dietary restrictions
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner when delivering orders
- Maintain accurate set up and delivery of all food and beverage orders according to company standards and procedures
- Set up and deliver all room amenities in a timely manner
- Regularly walk guest floors to retrieve in-room dining items
- Respond to all guest needs, questions, and issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Clean tables, restock tableware and other in-room dining supplies
- Follow posted opening and closing duties and side-work sheet
- Attend daily pre-shift communication meetings and monthly departmental meetings
- Generate a good atmosphere
- Perform all other responsibilities assigned by management
