- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records

- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for and knowledgeable about cannabis
- Passion for cannabis culture
- Reside in Deland, Florida, or willing to commute
- Ability to pass a level 2 background screening in Florida
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education, certifications, and experience in horticulture, agronomy, or cannabis cultivation are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Job Duties
- Execute tasks in the garden based on standard operating procedures
- Maintain collaborative logs and checklists as assigned
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean work environment
- Conduct deep cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks as assigned
- Monitor and scout for pests and diseases daily including inspecting sticky cards and plants
- Maintain up-to-date pesticide/preventative logs
- Perform weekly record keeping of crop walks and track areas of concern
- Report pest, disease, and plant health issues immediately to IPM Supervisor
- Maintain inventory of pesticide locker and inform IPM Supervisor of needed items
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of common pest/disease concerns
- Mix pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents
- Operate and maintain sprayer equipment
- Assist in dispersal of beneficial insects
- Coordinate scheduling of pesticide application with IPM Supervisor
- Follow standard operating procedures for tasks and projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols
- Uphold quality standards and conduct documented follow-up inspections
- Perform pest management tasks as assigned
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by management
