Job Requirements

  • High school graduate, GED or equivalent
  • one year supply chain related experience or other relevant experience
  • knowledge of automated ERP systems and processes
  • ability to process and present data clearly
  • stays on task and meets deadlines

Job Duties

  • Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels
  • generates orders and requisitions as needed
  • distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas
  • monitors par levels for specific products to assure appropriate levels are established
  • identifies excess inventory, returns stock and processes credits
  • notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
  • participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items
  • issues and credits materials from the inventory management system
  • maintains clean and orderly stock locations
  • labels bins and handles requests to change pars
  • acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chain management
  • works with and follows instructions of buyers and Divisional Inventory Coordinator in the event of recalls to pull relevant products
