Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have at least two years experience as an Inventory Associate or in a related role
- demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- display strong time-management skills
- provide excellent customer service and conflict resolution
- hold a valid driver’s license within state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months
- have a minimum of three years proven driving experience
- be willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check
- be familiar with GPS navigation
- be available to work flexible schedules with varying hours including early mornings and/or late nights
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead and train Inventory Associates during inventory events
- supervise and oversee daily inventory operations
- resolve event concerns as primary point of contact
- support Area Manager and District Manager directives
- maximize employee productivity and engagement
- interact with customers to provide exceptional service
- travel to customer locations regularly for inventory events
