Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience as an inventory associate or similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • must possess valid driver’s license within state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months
  • minimum three years proven driving experience
  • must be willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report and MVR check
  • familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
  • availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead and train inventory associates during inventory events
  • supervise and ensure smooth operation of inventory tasks
  • resolve event concerns in collaboration with area and district managers
  • assist employees with daily workflow and provide customer service
  • coordinate travel and logistics for team assignments
  • uphold company core values and safety standards
  • engage and motivate team members to maximize productivity
