Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience as an inventory associate or similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- must possess valid driver’s license within state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months
- minimum three years proven driving experience
- must be willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report and MVR check
- familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
- availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights

Job Duties
- lead and train inventory associates during inventory events
- supervise and ensure smooth operation of inventory tasks
- resolve event concerns in collaboration with area and district managers
- assist employees with daily workflow and provide customer service
- coordinate travel and logistics for team assignments
- uphold company core values and safety standards
- engage and motivate team members to maximize productivity
