Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- ability to demonstrate proficiency in mathematics
- strong communication skills

- capability to interact effectively with the public and team members
- availability to work weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Supports the effective and efficient operations across the Pet Care Center
- assist in completion of daily Ship from Store (SFS) picking, packing, and shipping
- assist with unloading and stocking of merchandise and supplies according to operational guidelines
- process register transactions to create a great guest experience
- be proficient within the selling model and support guest interactions
- adhere to and promote established safety procedures
- perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain the Pet Care Center’s professional image
- participate in quarterly and annual physical inventory counts
- complete Omni Channel and SFS projects following policies and procedures
- analyze on-site conditions, identify corrections, and troubleshoot
- coordinate with Pet Care Center and field partners on merchandising and shipping equipment
- communicate with Pet Care Center leaders about unfinished orders and SFS screen corrections
- perform special projects as needed
