Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers
- Multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently with attention to detail
- Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering phones, organizing files, responding to requests, photocopying, handling mail, and ordering supplies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
