Job Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control work required
- 1-3 years of prior leadership experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
- Previous inventory control experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work occasional weekend hours

Job Duties
- Oversee daily inventory activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Receive and process inbound shipments
- Operate forklift equipment as required
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Inventory Control Coordinator
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Delegate tasks and ensure their timely completion
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and implement best practices
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for inventory control
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and improve accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Manage and respond to emails directed to the Inventory Control team
- Provide administrative support as needed
