  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Check inventory daily and create a plan to distribute products
  • Receive and put away orders in an organized manner of up to 250 cases of product at a time
  • Brainstorm and troubleshoot standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each food and beverage area
  • Responsible for checking that the payroll of the food and beverage team is entered correctly and fixing any inaccuracies
  • Assist with keeping up to date SOPs for each kiosk, concessions, and picnic area
  • Responsible for distributing all picnic and event information for each day
  • Prior to events, checking with colleagues and guests that all information is properly documented
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues as they arise within the Food & Beverage team
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels
  • Research and create plans for new ways to drive revenue
  • Review pricing and check for proper costs
  • Assist with training of colleagues and creating training materials
  • Be willing and able to work in any area of food and beverage
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper standards are being maintained
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by the President, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager
