Job Duties
- Check inventory daily and create a plan to distribute products
- Receive and put away orders in an organized manner of up to 250 cases of product at a time
- Brainstorm and troubleshoot standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each food and beverage area
- Responsible for checking that the payroll of the food and beverage team is entered correctly and fixing any inaccuracies
- Assist with keeping up to date SOPs for each kiosk, concessions, and picnic area
- Responsible for distributing all picnic and event information for each day
- Prior to events, checking with colleagues and guests that all information is properly documented
- Proactively troubleshoot issues as they arise within the Food & Beverage team
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels
- Research and create plans for new ways to drive revenue
- Review pricing and check for proper costs
- Assist with training of colleagues and creating training materials
- Be willing and able to work in any area of food and beverage
- Ensure cleanliness and proper standards are being maintained
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the President, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager
