Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in project execution and inventory management
- Proven trade compliance and logistics experience
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Availability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution environment and inventory management and control
- Proven trade compliance, international shipping, and logistics experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other database tools
- Ability to think strategically and build relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Availability to travel up to 25 percent domestically and internationally
- Valid work authorization for employment in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Manage the end-to-end shipping process and coordinate import and export freight activities
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers, project sites, and inventory locations
- Lead and oversee ABB's Supplier Managed Inventory program and warehousing operations
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, maintaining safety stock coverage and accuracy
- Support supply planning and logistics through cycle counts, audits, ERP alignment, shipment tracking, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations, tariffs, and vendor performance
- Promote digital logistics solutions and continuous improvement in inventory and resource management
