Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project execution and inventory management
  • Proven trade compliance and logistics experience
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred
  • Availability to travel up to 25 percent
  • Valid work authorization to work in the U.S

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution environment and inventory management and control
  • Proven trade compliance, international shipping, and logistics experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other database tools
  • Ability to think strategically and build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Availability to travel up to 25 percent domestically and internationally
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end shipping process and coordinate import and export freight activities
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers, project sites, and inventory locations
  • Lead and oversee ABB's Supplier Managed Inventory program and warehousing operations
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, maintaining safety stock coverage and accuracy
  • Support supply planning and logistics through cycle counts, audits, ERP alignment, shipment tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations, tariffs, and vendor performance
  • Promote digital logistics solutions and continuous improvement in inventory and resource management
