Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an aviation or related program
  • Demonstrated passion for aviation
  • Ability to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio for the program dates
  • Availability for the full one-week duration in July
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in all scheduled activities

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for aviation and interest in aviation dispatch or scheduling
  • Enrollment or recent completion of an aviation-related educational program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Attend meetings with managers and key personnel to understand department functions
  • Learn about responsibilities of a scheduler and dispatcher
  • Participate in flight planning and aircraft maintenance activities
  • Observe flight operations through scheduled flight observation rides
  • Gain insight into operational management of a corporate aviation department
  • Engage in hands-on educational seminars to develop practical skills
  • Explore the multifaceted aspects of corporate aviation and Cincinnati culture
