Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Combination of education and relevant experience acceptable in lieu of education or experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds
- Completion of background checks including PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, and PA Child Abuse History Clearance

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Experience in recreational program coordination, particularly with high-risk activities
- Proficiency in risk management protocols
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to develop and assess program success metrics
- Budget management experience
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
Job Duties
- Create, develop, organize, and administer high-risk intramural, club, fitness, and recreation programs and facilities
- Create and implement facilities operations plans including staffing, facilities scheduling, and equipment maintenance
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise large student staff for program and facility operations
- Develop success metrics and evaluate program outcomes for continuous improvement
- Assess risk related to program and facility operations and implement risk management procedures
- Develop and monitor budgets for programs and facilities
- Manage marketing, social media outreach, and website updates
