Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- able to stand for extended periods
- possess excellent customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to follow instructions and work under supervision
- basic food handling knowledge
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take customer orders accurately
- prepare or retrieve food and beverage items
- serve food and beverages promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
