- ability to complete all required training programs
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with assistance
- experience with customer service and shipping computer systems
- ability to work safely and maintain alertness during night shifts
Job Qualifications
- Six months of international transportation experience
- ability to complete all basic and recurrent FedEx training
- experience with customer service
- familiarity with COSMOS, SELCT, ACCS, and cage computer systems
- strong verbal communication skills in noisy environments
- ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment or assistance
Job Duties
- Ensure perfect custodial control of all import caged shipments
- handle shipments carefully and update shipment information
- maintain secured storage until shipments receive proper clearance
- unload multiple Air-to-Air Deliveries nightly
- stage and scan packages accurately
- stand for extended periods of time during shifts
- operate COSMOS, SELCT, ACCS, and cage computer systems effectively
