Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a reliable means of communication
  • must have a reliable means of transportation
  • must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • understanding of recruiting methods and sources
  • good interviewing skills
  • ability to use personal computers and office productivity software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to organize and coordinate projects

Job Duties

  • Recruits security officers
  • places announcements for openings
  • works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates
  • participates in job fairs
  • follows up on leads
  • conducts initial interviews prior to candidate referral
  • reviews employment applications and evaluates qualifications
