Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must have a reliable means of communication
must have a reliable means of transportation
must have the legal right to work in the United States
must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
must have a high school diploma or GED
must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
understanding of recruiting methods and sources
good interviewing skills
ability to use personal computers and office productivity software
strong communication skills
ability to organize and coordinate projects
customer and results orientation

Job Duties

Recruits security officers
places announcements for openings
works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates
participates in job fairs
follows up on leads
conducts initial interviews prior to candidate referral
reviews employment applications and evaluates qualifications
