Job Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent international degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel regularly between USM campuses and throughout southern Maine
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital media tools and platforms
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent international degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in media production, marketing, event coordination, or career services
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital content creation
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and community partners
- Familiarity with career development programs and student support services
Job Duties
- Produce compelling student and employer success stories for social media and digital platforms
- Develop print and digital marketing materials for the Career Exploration Internship Program
- Manage social media strategy and maintain program webpages in collaboration with marketing partners
- Plan and support key internship events such as orientations, networking, and final presentations
- Assist students with internship application processes and interview preparation
- Track, evaluate, and report program outcomes and metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program visibility and effectiveness
