Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment helpful but not required
- ability to work rotating early morning shifts
- physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- good communication skills
- able to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- basic math skills
- excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environment, in and around industrial machinery
- ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius and up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius
- must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Job Duties
- move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and daily work orders
- assemble food kits and send to shipping department for distribution
- store product and materials in predesignated areas and follow established sequence
- clean work area throughout shift
- assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders
- assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- work with other machinery and material handling equipment
