Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or business administration
- 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) with some overnight rotations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
- Ability to recognize and embrace diversity

Job Duties
- Review international flights to mitigate potential issues
- Request and monitor all international handling and logistic set ups
- Provide trip estimates for international bookings
- Monitor daily international flight activities, aircraft departures, and estimated arrival times to ensure timely and accurate updates
- Document all situations or deviations affecting quality of flight activity to support decision-making
- Serve as primary point of contact for crew members and flight center teams for all international flights
- Perform other duties as assigned
