- strong mathematical aptitude and aircraft performance knowledge preferred
- multilingual skills preferred
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Monitor and update trip planning tasks to ensure accurate and timely support for each trip
- communicate with departure and destination airports, ground handlers, and local authorities to arrange required services
- coordinate domestic and international customs processes including APIS setup
- track active flights and provide real-time updates to airports, handling teams, and customers
- create, verify, package, and transmit routine and complex flight plans, weather briefings, and contingency itineraries
- acquire, distribute, and interpret aeronautical publications and NOTAMs for flight crew compliance and safety
- maintain customer operational files including overflight and landing permits, diplomatic clearances, ground handling, fueling, hotel, and transport bookings
- initiate and maintain flight folders using the Trip Planning System
- advise customers on route and itinerary planning based on diplomatic requirements and operational constraints
- research and update vendor and diplomatic clearance contacts
- maintain strategic account profiles and document client preferences
- support customer onboarding and usage of trip planning services
- ensure flight planning adheres to FAA, EASA, and international regulations and best practices
