Job Requirements

  • Able to work flexible and extended hours including weekends
  • Able to be in the Napa area full-time from July to November 2026
  • Able to continuously walk, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl during shift
  • Able to reach with hands and arms, perform fine manipulation, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in enclosed spaces, heights, and wear a respirator
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Provide own transportation though assistance for housing will be provided
  • International candidates are welcome and require CAEP for VISA

Job Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Previous harvest experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Degree in winemaking or enology is favorable

Job Duties

  • Following and observing all safe cellar practices
  • Red fermentation management - pump overs, rack & returns
  • Additions - yeast, acid, nutrients, SO2 including calculations
  • The use of all cellar equipment and its cleaning & sanitizing
  • Barrel work - filling, racking and topping
  • Racking, transferring and the movement of juice and wine
  • Assist the fruit receival and pressing teams
