Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible and extended hours including weekends
- Able to be in the Napa area full-time from July to November 2026
- Able to continuously walk, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl during shift
- Able to reach with hands and arms, perform fine manipulation, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in enclosed spaces, heights, and wear a respirator
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Provide own transportation though assistance for housing will be provided
- International candidates are welcome and require CAEP for VISA

Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous harvest experience is preferred but not necessary
- Degree in winemaking or enology is favorable
Job Duties
- Following and observing all safe cellar practices
- Red fermentation management - pump overs, rack & returns
- Additions - yeast, acid, nutrients, SO2 including calculations
- The use of all cellar equipment and its cleaning & sanitizing
- Barrel work - filling, racking and topping
- Racking, transferring and the movement of juice and wine
- Assist the fruit receival and pressing teams
