  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven international sales experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong understanding of air and ocean freight incoterms and global logistics
  • Hunter mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Existing book of business is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results

Job Duties

  • Develop and close new business within international freight air and ocean
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Partner with operations to ensure service quality and customer retention
  • Expand revenue within strategic accounts and open new verticals and markets
