Job Requirements

  • Membership in the National Guard is required
  • Eligible for military assignment in the Pennsylvania National Guard
  • Willingness to wear military uniform
  • Must register for Selective Service if applicable
  • Pass federal background investigation
  • Completion of trial period if required
  • Mandatory participation in direct deposit
  • Minimum 36 months experience in relevant program or managerial work
  • Ability to lead, direct, and assign work to personnel
  • Meet standards for Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be enlisted grade E6 to E7

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with program or managerial roles related to international military partnerships
  • Knowledge of organizational, management, and administrative principles
  • Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations
  • Skilled in planning and executing complex coordinated events
  • Ability to liaise within military and diplomatic environments
  • Experience managing budgets and government funds
  • Military compatibility in grade E6 to E7
  • Secret Security Clearance is required

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the State Partnership Program between the state and partner country
  • Maintain liaison with the Military Liaison Team and Defense Attaché Office
  • Coordinate and execute visits for military and civilian personnel to the partner nation
  • Serve as the focal point for joint and combined military exercises
  • Oversee development and execution of SPP events
  • Coordinate preparation of country clearance messages, travel, and support requirements
  • Manage the SPP budget including multiple funding sources
  • Attend National Guard Bureau and government meetings as representative
  • Perform other assigned duties
