Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export logistics
  • strong knowledge of air freight operations routes and international shipping regulations
  • proficiency with shipping software and document preparation
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of air export shipments including pickup booking with airlines and final delivery
  • prepare process and verify all necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations
  • coordinate with airlines freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant operations
  • monitor shipments in transit and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers
  • resolve any shipping-related issues such as delays or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records and databases
  • stay informed of international trade regulations customs procedures and air freight trends
