- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in air export logistics
- strong understanding of international shipping regulations and air freight operations
- proficiency in using shipping and documentation software
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of air export shipments including pickup booking with airlines and final delivery
- prepare process and verify all necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations
- coordinate with airlines freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant operations
- monitor shipments in transit and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers
- resolve any shipping-related issues such as delays or discrepancies in a timely manner
- maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records and databases
- stay informed of international trade regulations customs procedures and air freight trends
